Lee Braunstein’s professional career began while he was a student at New York Law School.  As an evening student, Mr. Braunstein worked full-time as a legal assistant/law clerk for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office. Upon graduation from New York Law School, Mr. Braunstein gained intensive legal experience as an associate at a prominent Manhattan Workers’ Compensation law firm before he was ultimately granted the honor of managing their Long Island office.

Mr. Braunstein opened his own Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability law firm in 1985, bringing with him several years of legal experience and firm-management knowledge.  He has continued to practice in the areas of Workers’ Compensation law and Social Security Disability law since then.

Mr. Braunstein remains intimately involved in the local legal-community.  He has delivered lectures before the Nassau County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association.  Mr. Braunstein has also conducted lectures before his legal colleagues for Continuing Legal Education, or CLE, courses in the areas of Workers’ Compensation law and Social Security Disability law.
